Terms and conditions governing your access and use of the PetFA AI pet recovery network.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PetFA services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to submit truthful lost pet and sighting reports and refrain from submitting fraudulent or malicious content.
3. AI Visual Matching Disclaimer
PetFA uses AI algorithms to compute similarity scores between missing pets and sightings. AI matches are candidate suggestions and do not guarantee positive identification. Pet owners must independently verify pet identity.
4. Stripe Payments & Subscriptions
All paid features or donations processed via Stripe are non-refundable unless specified by applicable law. Billing terms, renewal schedules, and fee structures are disclosed prior to purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
PetFA provides pet matching services on an "as-is" basis. PetFA is not liable for indirect damages, lost pets, unverified sightings, or third-party service interruptions.
6. Contact & Modifications
